It’s either a love or hate affair….Penang Laksa.

Some loves it so much that they are constantly craving for it, while others just won’t even take a spoonful of it.

I’ve grown up eating laksa, not because I stay near the (over-rated) assam laksa stall in Penang BUT my mom cooks it whenever there’s fresh fish available in the market which is used to make the laksa soup.

Here’s our home version Penang laksa. Want some??

Sometimes we just substitude the laksa noodle with mee hoon or even instant noodle…and it taste just as great mainly because the soup has all the taste and "omph" it needs to make this dish a saliva-dripping kind. :)

I haven’t reach the level of being able to make it myself though….so no recipe provided. hehehehe
