She cooks…or rather she “attempts” to cook
When I’m bored and hungry with plenty of time to spare….I will cook
this…Pasta
It’s so easy ‘cause it just involves a handful of ingredients and up to your creativity. If you want to play safe, then get a bottle of the pre-mixed spaghetti sauce….easy-peasy.
I added in onion, garlic, minced chicken, mushrooms, sausages and garnished with some parsley and chives.

I bought some cheese powder from Tesco to try….so I sprinkled some on top. Can’t really taste it unless you put more in it. I think putting some cheedar cheese on top and baked it for a few minutes would be better isn’t it??
and this….(instant noodles aka lazy people’s food)

Added with mushrooms (again!! coz I just love mushrooms), crabsticks and vegetables to compliment the nutrition-less noodles and its seasoning.

Sprinkle some teeny-weeny dried shrimps in it. This shrimps comes in a packet and it’s ready to be eaten. No idea whether my mum bought it or someone gave it to her….I just grab whatever I see that’s eatable..hahahaa.
AND when there’s even more time to spare….I make something like chicken pie or garlic bread. More about that in later posts.

Your home cooked plate of pasta indeed look very appetising…good idea for a light lunch.

The instant noodles look really good! I normally just add a poached egg to it.

I can only dish out simple stuff like these due to my limited skills. Still experimenting….hahahaa
