Get some crispy and crunchy snack
Tea time snack is perfect when I can get my hands on these….

banana fritter, tnee kueh ’sandwiched’ between sweet potato and yam, green pea fritter

The tnee kueh and banana when eaten fresh from the wok, it’s so crispy, so delicious and so addictive!! But do mind the heaty-ness which will give you sore-throat. But once a while…why not right??? Hehehe
Where to buy these yummy finger foods?? It’s the famous stall in Penang which is located around the corner of Terengganu Road roundabout and Free School Road. Jump over to PenangTuaPui’s post on this and the map if you want to hunt for the stall!! It’s only open from noon till they sold out everything..which is around evening.

Haha! I know this stall! Its on the right side of the road..all the way to the end if you turn left after Free School….wait…is it???

Long time haven’t take any fried tnee kueh liao. My mom used to make tnee kueh sandwich too, in between yam and sweet potato slice. Can use buah sukun as well. There’s a stall in Island Glades which sell the similar stuff. Quite delicious too.

The tnee kueh simply melts in your mouth when it’s still hot…and with the sweetness of the potato, it’s just yummy!!!
Yeah I’ve tried the one in Island Glades too.
